I'm very sorry the coal is broken and that the ancient debris and coal don't glow like the other ores do. I am not sure what is causing those problems. If you know, please tell me what I can do about it.

idk why but this recource pack doesnt load when i put it in the recource pack files.. i mean it doesnt show i have it in game so yea...

you might need to reboot Minecraft after you add the pack to your resource pack folder.
