[ from 2022 ] well folks, in august i was making a big update for this, and i didnt really publicly announce it, and it didnt really quite get off the ground very much, and just now i realize why, though i knew something wasn't quite right. the end stone is too pale, the grass is too purple, almost blue, everything is too emissive, and it is too dark. however, this update finalizes this "old" derpend. this will probably no longer receieve updates. a new end pack will be released soon, better than this one.


Derpend is a texture pack that overhauls the end.

Update 11
well folks, in august i was making a big update for this, and i didnt really publicly announce it, and it didnt really quite get off the ground very much, and just now i realize why, though i knew something wasn't quite right. the end stone is too pale, the grass is too pink, everything is too emissive, and it is too dark. however, this update finalizes this "old" version until i release the new one containing better looking grass, chorus plants, and things like that. i cant guarantee you'll like it, but if you dont like it, you can wait and see until i release the update.

is there a way you can have the regular endstone texture show up in the inventory/handheld view and have it be regular in the overworld? Probably not but asking anyways just in case

you dont care for the item over end stone? you can go into the models>item folder and delete the end stone file, and it should appear like the end stone block in your inventory so you can tell which item is end stone

and if you mean the decorations like the grass and such that pops up from the end stone, i can't fix that, it appears in all dimensions

what I mean is their a way for the end stone to appear like the original texture in the overworld, the decos and grass aren't a problem though.

or you could just disable the pack because why would you be using it in the overworld
