This simply uses the screech from https://youtube.com/watch?v=WWiRwIw_hFA (for 4chan /v/, CC0 license) for Endermen's "stare" sound.

It aligns well with their head turning and mouth opening, and does not linger inappropriately long like the stock sound does.

It's a texture pack that makes the Endermen REEE at you, instead of slowly growling then yelling, when you stare at them.
