Okay, so the ender pearl is renamed to "Enderman Teleport Powers" and also retextured to look like a few ender particles (like the current banner).

.......I'd recommend adding screenshots showcasing your new texture [perhaps in an item frame]. And maybe even adding into the description what the pack does [What lang and texture changes there were].
