this 3D model is awesome but shadowing/lighting is very very weird as soon as I turn on any shader :(
take all the time ou need but id really like too use this glorious resourcepack again (its still the lighting issue btw, im pretty sure thats just it)
Long fix: Extract the files, go to assets/minecraft/models/block you will find 10 .json models there. You don't need to download Blockbench for it, just open them with notepad. After the line: "credit": "Made with Blockbench", write "ambientocclusion": false, you need the commas after each one. Save. You do this with all 10 models. Most likely will fix it, of course you don't need to turn off Dynamic Lightning in thsi case.
