The Minecraft Festive Resourcepack is now coming to Java Edition!
This Resourcepack wasn't made by me, it is the official Mash-Up Pack that was made for the
Legacy Console Edition by 4J Studios, I only converted the textures and edited some of them!

HOW TO INSTALL
Download the Pack
Extract the Pack from the ZIP Folder
Go to %appdata%
Locate the resourcepack folder in .minecraft
Put the extracted Pack in the resourcepack folder
Start Minecraft

Whenever I extract the files while they're in my saved worlds, it doesn't show up. Is it different than the normal way? I thought I would need newer textures.
