I don't know, but it could be because it's a 1.7.3 texture pack and there aren't that many new texture packs for it coming out.

where you get minecract jar? it is in roaming.? i cant find mm blocks on there

I only know for windows and for windows you go: start. run. then type "%appdata%" without the speech marks. go into .minecraft. go into bin. then open minecraft.jar with win rar or asimilar program
