There will be an updated version for 1.8.8 soon with all the new stuff as far as i can implement them, it'll also contain some Optifine/MCPatcher related stuff.Check the last few thread pages of my Minecraft Forum thread (or this Imgur album) to see a few screenshots of the additions and changes.Again, please tell me if you find errors, mistakes i made, things you don't like etcetera. Hey there! This resource pack is my continuation of
Ray Frenden's Cartoon Pack - "Made of awesome!"
It's one of the first texture packs. I discovered it nearly four years ago shortly after i bought Minecraft, and never stopped using it. A while ago i started to play again. I noticed soon that i don't want to play without this pack, but Ray had decided a while ago to stop updating it. So i had to do something...
The 1.9 and 1.8 versions of the pack work without any modifications, but if you use the 1.7.10 version i recommend to use MCPatcher or Optifine. You'll get the best results with MCPatcher. This is what you'll get then:
- Connected Textures Mod features (glass, nice pillars (use half slabs), various colored wood, random textures
- visible glass (a BetterGlas feature of MCPatcher), connected glass just looks better with it
- "Natural Textures", a feature of Optifine - several textures are rotated to avoid repeating patters
- custom biome colours for the sky, terrain, leaves, fog, water
- custom sky textures - cloud banks, a new night sky
- random mob textures

Besides that, a resource pack is just a ZIP file that can't harm you because you never open it, Minecraft uses it as it is.
But you should anyways use always a virus scanner on your PC. ;)
Nah, i heard that before - they are a bit weird. Maybe i'll find some day time to make other paintings.
