Welp, I finally did it.
I'll make a 1.13 version with the old Disc 11 texture (without the chunk missing) if you guys want it.
This pack makes all Music Discs face forwards, instead of being slightly tilted. I also added the extra darkened pixels at the top of the discs (seen in Pigstep and 11) that the other Vanilla music discs do not have.
There aren't any new discs in this pack, but I updated most of the textures (namely, 5 to have more sculk, and Cat when I got one of the new Minecraft LEGO sets and found out that there's an official texture for front facing Cat and I got it wrong lol). I'm particularly proud of my new designs for Chirp and 5.
I realize there's a real possibility that there won't be any more music discs in Minecraft, because frickin redstone limits us to 15. If that's the case, that would really suck, especially if 1.21 is an End Update and we don't get an official end disc. However, if Mojang decides to just add more discs with the same signal strengths as other discs, they probably won't be added to the pack until the default pack for that version comes out. This is because I want the texture to be as accurate as possible.
Apparently the colors I used in 5 weren't exactly accurate because that was less than 24 hours after the disc was added to the game and I didn't have the exact hex colors. Of course, there wasn't any noticeable difference, but my OCD was driving me insane. And I'd rather not make the same mistake twice.
But if this really is the end of Minecraft's music discs forever, then this is also the end of this texture pack.
I know I haven't been active on PMC lately, I've been pretty busy between school and my new YouTube channel, but I have plans for some more texture packs coming soon :)
