I have stopped work on the texture pack, but it is not dead. I have given all the rights to the pack to: Ryan. He is a good friend of mine and has the talent and patience to continue my work. The joke went too far and I walked straight into legal issues, since I was using the default melon texture but Ryan has the skills to re-create what I started and make it 100% original and custom. Please go and show him some love for taking on this task, that hasn't been done before. I will be helping him with mobs and whatever else he asks of me, this isn't because I've given up, it's because I want to move on. Thank you.


Melon Edition is a completely playable Minecraft texture pack, which aims to replace the entire world with melons. Originally just a joke for April fools (formally named, Fubie Craft), it somewhat quickly became something real. It became a pet project that I would continue working on and adding to, it will be completed 100% for 1.13 eventually and possibly updated for future versions of the base game if It gains enough attention.

I have stopped work on this last year, but my good friend Ryan has continued it, although i'm not sure he's active anymore. It's better if you leave a comment on his post. Thank you for showing interest :)



I do have newer submissions that you could take a look at instead, I've improved my work a lot since I made this pack lol

Yes!

Some mobs have been changed:

  Zombie
  Pigman (not finished just yet)
  Creeper (will probably get an edit later but the concept is there)
  Pig
  Ghast
  Cow

Everything will be changed to fit the aesthetic of melons, keeping the game playable; so not everything will be melon, but will fit the theme.
