INSTRUCTIONS:

step 1
Grab yourself some Nametag, and rename it "Knight" (Case Sensitive)

Step 2
Find a Wolf and use the tag

Step 3
Tame it and it will equip a sword

Step 4
Give it some armor and it will have a shield

If you want to hide the name, then do Team Command.

/team add <team_name>

/team modify <team_name> nametagVisibility never

/team join <team_name> @e[name=Knight]

/team join <team_name> @s

unfortunately i cant tamper natural sounds, so it has wolf sounds. what you could do is give em a Silent:1b
