Gilded Item Selection

Gilded Item Selection makes the item hover highlight golden with a fancy border as well as making tooltips look more golden.
This pack is somewhat inspired by Royal Tooltips by DartCat25

Optifine not required

Hi, If I want to make tooltips less transparent where should I edit pls? I've tried around

vec4 slotHighlightColors[] = vec4[](
vec4(199, 116, 34, 255) / 255,
vec4(250, 238, 190, 255) / 255,
vec4(252, 228, 132, 55) / 255,
vec4(252, 212, 101, 37) / 255,

(at 55 and 37)

but it seem to be only hightlightbox's transparent :(

history
the tooltip colours are in the position_color.vsh and rendertype_gui.vsh shaders. the line you probably want to edit is line 92 in position_color and line 56 in rendertype_gui. 0.6 is the opacity (153 divided by 255)

Looks very nice and clean!
Only problem, whenever I am in any menu, the game lags a lot. 1.20.1
Otherwise, works perfectly!

i dont know if its just me but its really laggy, is there a way to fix it or is it just my laptop's too old

not sure, this code isn't the best but it shouln't be too laggy. must be some sort of hardware problem
