Do you hate the bright orange acacia wood? I know I do!
This pack changes acacia wood from orange to a nice, slightly muted green,
It also changes the door and trapdoor texture to something I personally find more usable for most builds, but incase you want to keep the vanilla door texture, I've added an alternate version!
The sapling also now actually matches the tree itself, and the tree bark is darker with a bit higher contrast.
Important: The download includes both versions of the pack in one folder. Take out the one you want, then delete the original folder!
I've also included a "Read me" text file with these instructions, just incase this instruction is missed, but if you're reading this, you can ignore that!
If you have any issues at all, please let me know!
Well, heres that wood recolor texture pack I promised in the yap section of my first texture pack! (More Unique Pandas, check that out if you haven't already!)
I've never liked the look of acacia wood, personally, always found the orange hard to use. Doesn't help that I dont like orange that much (sorry orange lovers), plus, the doors and trapdoors just never looked nice to me.
Even when I was first making this texture pack, the first version actually had vanilla style doors, I just didn't like them! So, despite my reservations about trying to make my own textures (with my lack of skill and all) I decided to try my hand at making a better door.
I went with the sort of rounded diamond shape since the green made me think this recolor was kinda "leafy", and I hope you all like it as much as I do!
Heres a little bonus side note: When testing the texture pack in game, I noticed the darkened bark texture actually matched pretty well with deepslate! (Especially deepslate bricks) I recommend to try pairing the two! I think it makes a pretty decent "deepslate pillar" even though that wasnt the intention.
Other than mentioning that I take requests, I think thats all for my yapping. Of course, my skills are still limited, so, as for requests, cant promise high quality on anything much more than a recolor.

The fact its still a decently vibrant wood does still limit its uses, but I figured it'd be nicer to have more color options rather than less.
