Do you find yourself not often wanting to use pink? How about using blue instead?
This pack changes cherry wood from pastel pink to a, similarly pastel (slightly more, in fact), blue.
It also changes the pink petals and all cherry item names to match! Additionally, the door and trapdoor have a slightly updated texture to fit the "frozen" vibe I was going for.
Pink petals, though visually blue, still craft pink dye! I cant change that, so to keep things from being too confusing on that end, they've just been named "frozen pink petals". We'll just have to imagine you thaw them in the process of making dye.
If you have any issues at all, please let me know!

bit of yapping
Sorry! an error in posting made the original version of this yap end up deleted. Its been re-typed as best as I was willing to .
Its finally here!!! I actually started working on this before I started my last pack (Green Acacia, which you should check out if you havent already!) In fact, I technically had it "done" (minus ambient particles) all the way before I posted my first pack (More Unique Pandas, also check that out!) back in mid november of 2025, but thanks to some issues I was having with the "lang" file, this was never in a state where I wanted to post it (Im not a fan of posting anything when its not complete and in full working order)
However, I recently realized, actually entirely accidentally, that the bug I was dealing with was fixed back in 1.21.11! Yes, I realized quite late considering 1.26.1 is the most recent version now, but I realized, and thats what matters.
Now, this may be a little hard to believe, but, Im actually a big fan of the vanilla cherry textures despite making this pack, I just have one main issue with it really: I rarely ever build with a vibe that pink works for!
I realized during the testing phase of just making cherry blue, that it fit quite well with ice and snow biomes (Cherry groves often spawning near those biome types certainly helped with my realization), so I went all in on that theme.
I struggled the most with the trapdoor, but I had the idea for a snowflake pattern from the moment I decided ice theme, and I was stubborn enough to not give up when I made it look bad at first, and now, I think it looks quite great.
Bonus note: did you know that there are eleven different particle textures that fall from the cherry trees? I certainly didn't when I started this! The changes were fairly easy to make, but no less tedious!
That should be all for my yapping now! as always, I take requests, but my skills are limited. (I do best with recolors.)
Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy this pack as much as I do!

Have something to say?
I would love to make all my resource packs available for bedrock as well, but Im unsure how to make a bedrock pack, and what i've tried so far has all failed.
