This pack brings the world of Hollow Knight into Minecraft! Here are all of the changes:

--ORES--

Renamed all ores to deposits (coal deposit, geo deposit, iron deposit, etc.)
  Anchient Debris/Abyssal Ore is an exception to this
Replaced Emeralds with Geo
  Replaced Emerald Ore with Geo Deposit
  Replaced Block of Emerald with Block of Geo
Replaced Diamonds with Pale Ore
  Replaced Diamond Ore with Pale Ore Deposit
  Replaced Block of Diamond with Block of Pale Ore
  Updated all diamond related achievements and advancements
Made Netherite Abyss themed
  Changed Anchient Debris to Abyssal Ore  
  Changed Netherite Scrap to Abyssal Scrap
  Changed Netherite Ingot to Abyssal Egg (looks like arcane egg but with gold flakes)
  Abyssal block's color changed to match other abyssal items

--WEAPONS & TOOLS--
Replaced swords with nails
Replaced all diamond tools with pale tools (pale nail, pale axe, etc.)
  To make pale items distinct from iron items, pale items are given slightly different designs, different outlines, and are brighter (see media gallery)
Replaced all netherite tools with abyssal tools (abyssal nail, abyssal, axe, etc.)
  Abyssal tools are all animated with gold  
Changed lanterns to lumifly lanterns (animated)

--ARMOR--
Replaced iron, gold, diamond, and netherite helmet with masks
Removed sleeves from all chestplates (except diamond and netherite)
  replaced leather and chainmail chestplates with leather/chainmail cloak
  replaced iron and gold chestplate with iron/gold shell
Gave diamond and netherite armor different designs from other armor.
  Pale mask looks like monomon's mask
  Pale chestplate is renamed as "Pale Mantle" and looks like Pure Vessel's armor
  Waistband for Pale Leggings is lower than other leggings
  Abyssal armor loosely based off of the Lord of Shades
Diamond horse armor replaced by pale horse armor.
Elytra renamed "Monarch's Wings"
  All achievements and advancements changed accordingly

--MOBS--
Skeletons, strays, zombies, skeleton horses, and zombie horses now have orange infected eyes.
Cave Spiders have infected eyes and infected sacs on their bodies.
Wither skeletons replaced with torchbearers (see Grimm Troupe section)
Bees replaced with Hivelings

--GUI--
Hearts replaced with masks that shatter when taking damage.
  Hardcore mode hearts are steel soul masks
  Poison hearts are hearts with infected eyes which flash orange when taking damage
  absorption hearts (yellow hearts given by golden apples) are lifeblood masks
Armor icon replaced with a shell
Horse hearts replaced with stag heads
Hunger bar replaced with soul orbs
  When under the hunger effect, orbs will appear cracked
Empty head armor slot replaced with the knight's head
Empty chest armor slot replaced with mothwing cloak
Empty shield slot replaced with dreamshield

--STATUS EFFECTS--
Changed absorption to Lifeblood Heart
Blindness icon is now No-Eyes
Dolphin's grace icon is now Durandoo
Changed glowing to Radiant
  Icon changed to The Radiance
health boost icon is now a lifeblood cocoon
Hunger is now a broken soul vessel
Night vision icon is now a lumifly lantern
Changed poison to infected
  Icon changed to lightseed

  The heart of the archives is animated for Optifine users

--THE GRIMM TROUPE--
Wither Skeletons replaced with Torchbearers

The Wither replaced by The Nightmare King

Nether star replaced with Heart of The Troupe (animated)

  This new mob looks like a sturdy fool, but has 6 diagonal eyes and white armor.
Changed Bad Omen to Fool's Omen
  Icon changed to Little Fool
Changed Hero of the Villiage to Fool's Mark
Replaced totem of undying with Zotem of undying

--MISC--
Added pack logo as a painting
  Added easter egg to paintings
Cave Spider, torchbearer, drowned, pillager, vindicator, vex, evoker, and witch eggs recolored to fit new textures (requires optifine)
Map changed to Map & Quill (with quill color indicating whether it is a normal map or a ruin/structure map)
Soul Sand changed to Sibling Sand and made to look like the sibling masks at the bottom of the abyss
Soul Soil changed to Sibling Soil and recolored to fit with Sibling Sand

Soul Sand changed to Sibling Sand and made to look like the sibling masks at the bottom of the abyss
Soul Soil changed to Sibling Soil and recolored to fit with Sibling Sand

I also changed the 1.14 link to go to a google drive folder instead of directly to a zip file so that I don't need to generate a new link every time HollowCraft 1.14 gets an update.

There is a strange glitch where the color of sibling sand/soil doesn't change but the pattern of the texture does. I don't know what caused it but I'm hoping that it was only there because I had my texture editor open while the game was running.

This is very amazing!The only issue I have with this is that I'm trying to use this rainbow XP bar texture pack found here: https://vanillatweaks.net/picker/resource-packs/ and it is not compatible with hollowcraft. The suggestion I have is asking you to change the color of the XP bar, as the pale green does not fit well with the hollowknight aesthetic.Maybe changing it to the color of Geo, or a black bar outlined in white?Sorry for the paragraph!

Howdy!
Some friends and I are teaming up to make a Hollow Knight resource pack (we're replacing all texures/sounds/UI in the game, like EVERYTHING, got a lot done so far) and we noticed this awesome pack! Can we build off of yours? (Like what sort of usage license does your pack have?) Not sure if we're going to publish it, but we'd like to make a public GitHub repository for keeping track of versions.

If you're making a GitHub repository, maybe the best thing to do would be linking my pack somewhere in the repository, and then building your pack around it. Instead of pooling everything into one large pack, your GitHub page could be like a hub, linking your pack with HollowCraft and AlbusRexll's pack.

From a legal perspective, I have no idea what kind of license HollowCraft has, but it's probably outlined somewhere in Planetminecraft's TOS.

This pack can crash snapshots because they're less stable than full updates. If you delete the netherite tools and their animation files (animation files are in the same folder as the tool and end in .mcmeta) the game should stop crashing.

PlanetMinecraft has rules against reuploading the same content in multiple packs (it's considered spam). However, you can either move the bee folder/textures into another resource pack or delete all the other parts of this resource pack.

so i have an idea for armor, for helmets you have have it be like horns (instead of masks) i.e. hollow knights horns, hornet's horns, broken vessel horns and so on.

I only plan on changing specific blocks, because not all of them need to be changed.

HollowCraft 1.14 works on all versions of Minecraft 1.14 (with and without Optifine). So yes, it does work on Optifine 1.14.4. The same applies to HollowCraft1.15/1.16

You shouldn't have to do anything. Optifine for 1.15 is still in alpha, and Optifine doesn't work for snapshots. If you are playing on anything after 1.14, Optifine may not be updated enough.

If you are playing on Optifine 1.14, there should be some settings to enable/disable emissive textures. Make sure that you have all your emissive textures set on "on" or "enabled".

I have returned with more suggestions since I'm a whiny bitch. I'm mostly re-doing this because my former comment was poorly worded and had a lot of typos and I had a few ideas I'd like to expand upon.

Mobs:

Ender Dragon: I feel that instead of just re-doing the entire enemy just changing the eye-color to orange would be more then enough.

Silverfish: Replacing the silverfish skin with a crawlid/tiktik type skin could be interesting.

Squids: Squids could be replaced with Ooma (The weird jellyfish thing in Fog Canyon)

Endermites: Could be replaced with Deeplings Crystal Crawlers, Baldurs, or Shadow Creeper.

Phantoms: Belflys

Ghast: Soul Twister (Possibly)

Parrots: Could have maskfly's with different colored heads(?)

Bats: Vengeflys or Crystal Hunter

Items:

Golden Apples: Could just be a Lifeseed

Map & Quill: Could be like the Map & Quill you buy from Iselda

Misc:

Elytra: Could make it whiter to match it with the monarch wings being semi-transparent.

Enchantment Re-namings: The list for enchantment re-namings could go on and on but I'll not dwell too much on it.

I'm going to try to not sound like a jerk in my response (I'm hoping I don't come off that way), but here are my responses to the suggestions.

Ender Dragon: This was one of the first changes Nobody41 and I planned on making. The problem is that even if the eyes are orange, the particles are still purple. Changing particle colors is either hard to do (using optifine) or impossible (even with optifine), depending on the particle. I'm pretty sure the ender dragon particle is also linked to other things, like nether portals.

Silverfish: Nobody41 and I wanted to do this at some point. We looked at the texture and realized that it already looks like a tiktik, and that changing it won't make it look any more like a tiktik. However, your comment made me realize that I never changed the name in the language file, I just did that.

Squids: I'll try this. The biggest things I will imagine will be problems is whether or not the squid texture supports transparency, and the fact that the inside orange part of the Ooma will have to be drawn on the surface. This will make it look weird at an angle.

Endermites: I need to try and make this work with everything that endermites are connected to. This is easier for endermites because they don't have any drops, but harder because they only spawn in very specific conditions. I would have to change enderpearls to fit with spawning them, and then endermen to match enderpearls, and so on... That's the same reason I haven't changed zombies to husks (from hollow knight not minecraft husks). Doing so means that I need to change zombie pigmen and (more importantly) zombie villiagers.

Phantoms: I also like this suggestion, and it should be one of the easier ones to implement.

Ghast: This is another one that we tried but we couldn't get to work well. The biggest problem is that soul twisters' cloak goes down further than his body. This is a problem because the ghast model (minus the legs) is just a cube, so the cloak and the main body end in the same spot. We tried making a proof of concept but ended up scrapping it.

Parrots: Also didn't consider this one.

Bats: Actually, the plan was to make them grubberflies. It's just so low priority that we kind of abandoned it. Maybe one day we'll come back to it.

Golden Apples: Like endermites, the problem is how it fits into the systems of minecraft. Changing golden apples means changing gold, which means changing everything involving gold.

Map & Quill: Might do this one, especially because items are easier than mobs. Maybe empty map will not have the quill, and map will.

Elytra: This again is a "maybe minecraft supports it" situation. I didn't touch the elytra because it already looks so much like monarch's wings, and not giving it a custom texture that is slightly different means that people can use other packs to replace the elytra if they want while still running Hollow Craft on top.

Enchantment Re-namings: I'll think about it, they just need to fit in thematically (I think you suggested turning fire aspect into "trouppe's flame", but I thought that it would lead to inconsistencies because the trouppe theme was tied to the wither and the wither effect, not flames).

So I downloaded the texture pack and installed into it into my game, it went smoothly and all but i'm missing some features. The ores ,Diamond and Emerald, are still under the same name and have not changed. The mob design is still same as well. And basically every item that was supposed to be renamed is the same still, can I any get help with that?
