Not 100% certain on whether or not I wanna do anything with tipped or spectral arrows for this pack tbh

The arch of the bow's handle and the ends are a lil different, but there's not much you can do with that small amount of pixels
Tried my best to demonstrate texture changes when the bow is pulled back, but it was hard to get a screenie of that without asking someone from The Void to hop online and hold a bow lol
If I go for making all arrow textures changed, I might do that, but this is just a pretty simple pack, so I feel like there's not much of a need to get others involved-

This has been updated for 1.21.4 & above, btw - it still functioned fine without updating, but the message claiming it was incompatible bugged me, so I fixed it
