it aint working. whenever i put it in the pack folder it just doesnt come through as a texture pack. i think i might know the issue though. you got rid of everything else other than the things you edited when i think you were supposed to keep those. idk if its happening to anybody else (probably just me) but uhh yeah

You have to take the texture pack out of the folder you download. Working as intended!

you need the contents inside the zip if they arent in a zip there is a chance the pack wont work.

Planet Minecraft automatically puts the texture pack inside the .zip. If you can tell me how to make it stop doing that I will. ;)

so basically you select everything in the pack (the assets folder, pack.mcmeta and pack.png) by either dragging a selection over them or ctrl-clicking them, then right click anything in the selection and click send to > compressed (zip) file.

I’m not sure I like the food bar when hungry - the pale yellow gets on my nerves - but generally I think it’s brilliant for a first texture pack!!
