The Improved Buttons resource pack replaces all button variants with an identical button, with a nice trim around the outside. All the wood buttons use their respective log/bark texture as their trim, and the polished blackstone button just uses standard blackstone.

All textures are inherited from the game, I do not own them in any capacity.

The pack should work with the latest versions as well, but it will say that's for an outdated version. It's hard to keep up with all the versions for such a small pack

No there isn't, I couldn't figure out how to simply update the original one. Some day I'll figure it out haha
