This small resource pack changes simple block outline to black-yellow industrial outline.
Also have some animation.

Optifine is not required.

Play with vanilla shaders. They are in minecraft/shaders/ in files of the game.

Also there is Shaders docs and List of core shaders.

hey theres a bug it isn't dashed lines its just a black to white gradient.

Check if pack is above other packs. Your bug means that some other pack is rewriting the shader.
