Did you want to change your block outline to make it more visible?
This small resource pack changes simple block outline to black-yellow industrial outline.
Also have some animation.

Optifine is not required.

Works in 1.17+ and later.

Wanted bugs.

You can change width of line in minecraft/shaders/core/rendertype_lines.vsh by changing this line:

(line 35) Width *= 2;

The outline is more of a gray-ish gradient, are there any specific settings we need to have enabled to get this pack to work correctly?

You can always make some more modifications to suit your needs. I like to do that sometimes.
