I've been playing on John Smith resourcepack since early beta versions of Minecraft and I'm really glad that it's still being continued. As of the introduction of custom models to Minecraft, I decided to make a contribution to this excellent pack. The results of that is this addon, which I decided to share with you and keep updated seeing the awesome feedback from all of you. I can't promise frequent updates (after all, real life is more important), but I'll do my best. Feel free to post suggestions and critique, feedback is always appreciated.
Enjoy!
Inside the spoiler you can find pictures of some of the models. Keep in mind that the resourcepack includes many more than those shown here. Download the pack and find out yourself.

It would be nice if this could be fixed. It's easy enough to switch to fancy for presentation (or regularly if computational power permits) but for users with weaker computer I can see this being an annoyance. Thank you for reading this.
On normal grass blocks, if any light source like lanterns, torches etc. lights them up, they look like smooth lighting is disabled. Every Block just has a different light level, with no smooth transition at all.
I'm using OptiFine, shaders and both the Original and 3D resources, any way to fix this without deleting the grass_block.json?
Yes it is. Please make sure you download the right version before complaining.
I love this texturepack, and your 3d textures are beautiful. I even tweeked some hues of a few blocks to make them match more, but the pack sadly makes the game less enjoyable ot play because of the stuttering.
Where do I donate? :P
