This is a texture pack for that turns the crossbow into the M1 Garand, with over 700 cubes used to create the models!

  • Download zip file has two pack versions, one with a ping, and one without when shooting
  • Has reload animation
  • Renamed crossbow to M1 Garand
  • Renamed arrow to Enbloc Clip
  • Renamed firework rocket to Explosive Ordinance
  • Audio effects, including changing arrow hits so it doesn't sound like arrows hitting the ground
  • Loading Garand with crossbow will change the model into a grenade launcher version
  • Retextured arrow item into Enbloc clip
  • Remodeled rockets into grenades
  • Recommended to use with no glint pack: www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/no-enchanting-glint/ (to avoid texture conflict)
  • Replaced achievements Ol Betsy with The greatest battle implement ever devised..., and Two birds one arrow with Two paratroopers, one shot
  • YOU WILL NEED OPTIFINE FOR GLOW EFFECTS

The latest versions of Optifine now require textures to be contained in/assets/minecraft/textures/item/To fix the issue this resource pack has, move the files in/assets/minecraft/textures/custom/into
/assets/minecraft/textures/item/custom/and change the texture paths in the model json files accordingly.

Can you make it work for 1.19.4? I have OptiFine, so that can't be the problem. Basically whenever I use the pack, the texture of the Garand is just pure black.

could you make it "work" for 1.19? i know it's very annoying to see people asking for this kind of stuff, so if u don't it's k.

the texture for the ammo, weapon (Crossbow) and fireworks turn pitch black. i don't have optifine, so idk if it's caused by that. sound is unnafected, and problem doesn't seem to come from other texture packs.

with or without the version, this is a work of art, very nice!

chances are it might be caused by the lack of optifine, try installing that in

im using fabric, so that isn't possible, and optifabric is still not at 1.19.3. Thanks for answering though, means a lot! would it be due to the lighting? i'm gonna try to find an alternative mod that could fix the issue.
