Its the first tp that I see with waving tall grass at the 16px resolution, and it doesn't look bad at all.

Maybe focus on other vegetation textures, like the flowers and also all farmable vegetation.

soul sand should move (the heads) as if it were alive.
redstone blocks should sparkle with redstone as if they were redstone

btw, you should add the whole texturepack(default) to this.
