this just gives my game full bright, which is kinda what i want but i want full bright with this texture pack so i can hold a torch and see where mobs can spawn

This texture pack worked perfectly when I first downloaded it, but then after a few days it doesn't work for me anymore... I can still see it in my minecraft texturepack files in-game and in my file explorer, but when I enable it - nothing happens. Any ideas to why it would just stop working? Also all my other texturepacks still work just fine, its just this one that is having issues.
