    A: its for texture packs but mainly

    B: I dont have anywhere to keep the project for people to download from.

    Dude, post in the "Projects" section not the "Texture Packs". If this is NOT a texture pack, do NOT post it in the texture pack section, even if it does help with texture packs, it's a build, not a texture pack.
