Modernized Mobs retextures some mobs that were either left out of the texture update, or just that I felt could use a touch-up.

  • Creeper has a new texture
  • Enderman has a new texture
  • Ghasts have an updated and pixel consistent texture. Looks really cool now.
  • The Wither has an updated and pixel consistent texture. Looks really, really cool now.
  • The eye sockets of Skeletons are consistent with the Zombified Piglin's
  • Cow spots corrected and no longer are cut off by the model's edges
  • Red Mooshrooms' colouring is consistent with its associated mushroom. It's very cute.
  • Squids have a new texture and are extra silly looking.
  • Chickens' eyes continue to the side of the head, like how newer mobs such as Foxes do

- I like how it looked and based mine off of it. Tentacles are pretty much right from Faithless, but w edits. I like Faithless. It's cool.

Edited Creeper, has a new palette. A nice bit of colour variation.
Edited Enderman, has a new palette. No longer uses true black

Edited Cows, spots are anti-aliased and shaded a bit diff

The cow is done better than the new cow in 1.21.5, super good and the creeper looks very nice!

The creeper and the enderman must be my favorites! The way you can preserve the original feeling of the mob without compromising their vanilla-friendly look is just a true form of Minecraft art!

Ghast is so cool! I like how it doesn't look overdone. It's almost like an upscale, but includes a few more details for the shapes in the back.

Maybe I'd be interested in a slightly longer mouth. IMO the concept art for 1.16 has a really cool ghast look. ^-^

It looks like you really upped the resolution on the ghast. Was it because of how big they are?
