i wanted a nice pair of butterfly elytra to go along with my jolyne skin. its not the butterfly she has on her arm, but its the butterfly that appears on that one panel and i just think its a neat elytra texture. the og elytra is so bland it just begs for a custom texture. i know that capes alter how it looks, but most players dont have capes or if they have them, only 1 texture that might not match their vibe is not enough. editing those damn elytra can be a pain as i work directly on the texture, but theyre the most satisfying to see in game. theyre just fun
