Nope, if this texture pack is applied to your world, you can use a name tag (with a moobloom name) on a regular cow and your cow will turn into a moobloom! For example: If you name it "Buttercup", it'll turn into a yellow moobloom or if you name it "Lavender" it'll become a lavender moobloom. The names are listed up above in the description ☝

Yep, they all are possible! I've been working on a pack called "Minecraft Universe United" and I'll bring mobs from MC Dungeons, MC Earth and the ones which lost the mob vote (although it is taking soooo long because I'm very busy with uni and exams) and one of them is actually a skeleton wolf! Different mob variants should be possible, as I am currently trying to bring different parrot variants such as skeleton parrot, raven, toucan, golden parrot(mcd)... without removing the already existing variants, which, it is extremely easy by just slapping a nametag on them, but, I want the parrot types to randomly generate alongside with the existing types. So I'm currently working on that.
