In order for this to work on java you have to extract the folder that is within the zip that is the same name as the zip into the resource pack folder, for anyone who found this and it is not working for them

Try opening it in WinRAR and putting the folder that is in the zip into the resource pack, for some reason dear texture artist put it a level up and it makes it unrecognizable in the zip like that
