How do you make texture packs?

easy just go to your .minecraft and open with WinRAR or your extracting program from the microsoft website then you can go to open with>WinRAR then you can select something to edit. if you want to edit the main blocks find terrain.png and drag it on your desktop. right click and do edit. there are some programs made for art. paint is on your computer auto-maticly. once you have done edit start making art. save it. and you can now put this as your minecraft texturepack by simply naming it "terrain" (no quotes).Drag it back into your .minecraft.if you want to put it on planetminecraft just save it somewhere and post it. Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I was thinking about doing my own texture pack aswell but iit is tricky. So i make skins instead XD
