Do you like 8 bit texture packs, but don't want them based on any specific game? NES Craft+ is a Texture Pack that is styled after 8 bit graphics, but with a slightly expanded pallet. I did my best to stick to using 3 colors per sprite, and I gave some animations to things like flowers to make the world feel more alive.



I originally made this pack years ago, but I decided to revive it. I wanted to make a NES styled pack that actually looks like an 8 bit styled version of Minecraft. Eventually I plan to somehow even make custom music, but I want to finish the textures first. This is my biggest project, and I'm not sure if I plan on making anything else this in-depth.

I updated the color palette. It's a bit more vibrant. I also pretty much finished it. All that's left is the title screen panorama.
I have a bit of trouble setting that part up, and don't want to deal with it yet...
Many textures have been refined and everything keeps getting better.

I updated the texture to include the new items. It's not finished but it's mostly all there. The title screen's not perfect, but it's more aligned than it was before. I hope you enjoy it.

hi! this looks amazing but im trying to use it and i cant, i have downloaded the zip file but textures are no present, i look inside it and textures folder isnt there and the game dont load any texture, how can i fix this?

I'm still working on this, it's just that all the textures become overwhelming. Retexturing mobs like villagers, and cats and fish is more complex than it used to be. there's so many variations of certain mobs. Some variations in my opinion are unnecessary.

The blocks are now finished. I've textured a decent amount of the items. The entities are decently closer. I have made overall a fair bit of progress.

this pack is cool, but please remove the random rotations from sand, it will look better like that

The rotated sand actually isn’t something I did. It’s something the game does automatically. I’m not sure if I can change it, but I happen to like it. when you zoom out it looks cool...

you can fix it by removing the rotations and stuff from the blockstates of sand
