This was a texturepack request from Wolfram98, no more, no less. He requested a texture pack that makes diamond tools and armor look like Netherrack or Nether brick, and a few other things. All of which are in this pack.
So yeah, it does what he wanted it. And I'm uploading it.
So yeah, here's what I did:
-Retextured diamond armor and tools to look nether like
-Made End mobs creepy
-Made one of the 1x1 paintings use the wither skeleton head texture
