As earlier with End Portal Frame I removed green from texture :D
If Ender Chest it's made of Obsidian, why it's green?

this looks nice! i think making the eye of ender in the middle purple would look much better with this texture pack

That would be cool, however it would break the consistency this pack is meant to provide. The reason the Echest is purple is because purple is part of obsidian color palate, but a purple eye wouldn't make sense because purple is not part of ender eye's palate.
