bedrock does not support custom models in resource packs, so no.

also, my Classify texture pack changes all the new textures to their very original versions, stonecutter is included too, but I use the 18w44a one
and btw the stonecutter in your pack's hitbox looks WeIRd

resource packs can't change hitboxes. Mojang does not want it to be used to cheat on multiplayer.
