Rename a light blue concrete block to get Mei's Snowball. It will have a different face depending on the name (optifine required)

Accepted names:
snowball, snowball_9y, snowball_battery, snowball_battery_low, snowball_happy, snowball_hi5, snowball_sad, snowball_wink

Changed the texture to a CIT format
Added emissive texture, now it glows in the dark

I noticed that each variant is its own model, I can recommend making a parent model(original snowball) and change the textures accordingly
could look like
