Modification for some blocks and customized sounds to make a TARDIS.
It's not a big change. It will change only some blocks and it's only for the exterior of the TARDIS.
New texture with sounds:

-Landing sound [wither.spawn]
-Take off sound [wither.death]
-Random sounds of the interior [cave]
-Turning the TARDIS on + hum sound [portal.travel]
-The drum sound [enderdragon.end]
