This Resource Pack is for MC 18w08a
Minecraft will say that it is meant for an older version, it isn't.
So, this resource pack is what I want the Phantom to look like in the future. Nothing much changed, but the difference is huge! (See picture for details)
Once the final version of 1.13 comes out, I will update the textures and add in a dolphin texture and turtle texture!
