A few months ago when 1.17 released I created a texture pack that brought back the old textures of the ores and also pasted those old textures onto the deepslate ores and today I decided to update it to 1.18!

If you still want to use some of the new textures, you can unzip the texture pack file and dig into the folders until you find the textures, then you can just delete the ones you don't want!
I personally only use the (Deepslate & Stone) Emerald and Stone Diamond textures so feel free to not use any you don't want!
