Programmer Art Fix

Fixes/Improvements to "Programmer Art" Minecraft Textures.
To use with Programmer Art (built-in)

Texture Pack has "18" pack format [​1.20.2] but it works with other minecraft versions (see README).

I marked it as 50% complete because I will add more fixes/improvements in the future;
for now there are:
- fixed nether textures
- fixed villagers and zombie villagers
- copper ore texture on a classic stone texture (I'll work on it)
- new crying obsidian texture because old one doesn't fit in the old obsidian texture more than the new one (tell me if I should keep the old one)
- new chicken variants replaced with old chicken texture
