Proper Clock

The Minecraft Clock is just weird. It's a section of the sky at different times of day and the section moves to show what sky you would be seeing.
The issue with this is that you can only see a small section and 16x is just not enough for it to be animated well at all and it just makes it difficult to read.

I have tried to keep the original feel with the sky but have a redstone hand move round in a 24 hour cycle.
