The Sassgard creative overlay is not a pack by itself, but a secondary pack to be stacked on top of the main Sassgaard pack. It will work with any 1.9 version of the Sassgaard pack without any conflicts.
Sassgaard Creative replaces double slabs, ores, and monster eggs to add nearly 30 additional blocks for stone, sand, brick and more. Use it to enhance your creative builds to add a little extra colour in areas where extra colour isn't always possible.
This pack is 100% vanilla, and requires no mods to run.

If you can't install MCPatcher, you are free to mix and match the textures within the pack to give yourself the blocks you want, but you cannot get the full effects without the mod, unfotunately.
