I downloaded your texture pack. First, I see that your texture pack uses single colors for some of the blocks. Now from the research I've done, if you really want to improve FPS you have to reduce the size of the actual terrain.png file. You can shrink it so that each individual square is 8x8 instead of 16x16. That will help FPS. Secondly, it is actually in the rules that you need to have in-game pictures to show your texture pack. If you don't want to change your texture pack in the way I suggested so that it helps FPS, at the least please follow the rules and post screenshots.
