What is it?
Status Effect+ is a texture pack that tries to improve the look and clarity of Minecraft's various status effect icons. It's designed to work with both the 'Programmer Art' style and 'Texture Update' style, using aspects of both in its design.

This is a version of Status Effect+ intended for use in versions 1.20.6 and below, due to the changes in 1.21 turning 'Bad Omen' into being a unique status effect, with its previous version (the one that caused raids) being turned into 'Raid Omen'. Due to this, Status Effect+'s main release contains a new Bad Omen texture, which Minecraft incorrectly displays instead of the Raid Omen in versions prior to 1.21

Do you find the newer status effect icons confusing and ill-fitting to their effect? Perhaps you've seen one appear in the corner of your screen, and you aren't quite sure what its icon is meant to represent until you look at it's name - or check it out on the wiki? Or are you perhaps just a fan of the design of the older status effect icons, but find them to look a little dated when compared to the cleaner look of the newer icons?

If you find yourself answering yes to any of these questions, Status Effect+ is for you!

Looking for the original version, with up-to-date status effect icons for versions 1.21 and later? The Bad Omen effect won't be rendered properly in 1.21 and above and instead appear as Raid Omen's retextured icon, so check out Status Effect+!

Blended the designs of both 'Programmer Art' and 'Texture Update' style icons:

Haste now uses the colour palette of the Texture Update icon, while using the Programmer Art icon's look
Mining Fatigue now uses the Texture Update icon, while using the Programmer Art icon's colour palette.
