I made a small-ish pack that replaces Carrots with slightly modified Strawberries from Celeste.

Included Contents:
Carrot Item Texture,
Golden Carrot Item Texture,
Carrot on a Stick Item Texture,
Carrots Block Model Texture

Also includes Vanilla Tweak's Fully Aged Crop Marker. If you don't want that, delete the following files:
StrawberryCarrots.zip\assets\minecraft\models (the entire folder)
StrawberryCarrots.zip\assets\minecraft\textures\block\alert.png
StrawberryCarrots.zip\assets\minecraft\textures\block\alert.png.mcmeta
StrawberryCarrots.zip\assets\minecraft\textures\block\alert_e.png
StrawberryCarrots.zip\assets\minecraft\textures\block\alert_e.png.mcmeta

I haven't quite figured out how to change the names, as you can see by the lang folder existing, but the items still being called carrot.

I know Strawberries aren't root vegetables. Might change it later to a bush, hitboxes will be messed up tho.

Age 4 Crops are rendered twice on the same block, making them look glitchy, I do not know how to fix that.
