Vanilla RTX Normals is a resource pack created for Bedrock Edition to allow you to use Ray Tracing feature while keeping the same Vanilla look to all textures & adding All the additional required PBR maps, texture_sets & Fog settings uniquely made for each biome.

Vanilla RTX Normals takes advantage of Highly Detailed Per-Pixel MERs with Two subpacks each for Normal maps/bump maps (heightmaps)

All of Blocks are covered, even ones you may never or rarely use or hidden blocks (e.g camera block!), While support for all blocks are added, I'm actively working on different parts of pack to improve how everything looks even further.

Fogs for new Mountain biomes

Fog & Detailed Mers

you can switch between subpacks using gear icon after activating pack: (just don't forget to restart game)

You can always download Vanilla RTX Normals latest updates & changes via It's GitHub repository.

Everyone is free to do anything they like with pack files (e.g redistribute/modify for personal use, etc..) as long as they Clearly provide a link to one of official sources, which includes: here, Vanilla RTX Normals mcpedl page or Vanilla RTX Normals GitHub repository.

Statement above is valid only if:

You're using any of files that are created/edited by me which includes some of vanilla textures such as glass, as well as all of the PBR maps & all texture_sets

Disclaimer: I do not own vanilla textures nor have the intention of redistributing them, they are simply required by game itself to make texture_sets work after an update to Minecraft RTX back in 2020, before that it was not necessary to include them within pack.
This resource pack doesn't modify any of game files except some of colormaps which had to be edited in order to work well with ray tracing, Vanilla RTX Normals adds 3 texture maps & Fog configurations on top of Vanilla Game, which are mostly required if you want to use ray tracing on bedrock edition, Enjoy a true, perfected vanilla experience with ray tracing!

Everything should work fine on 1.18, although there will be an update (Full 1.6.0 Release) sometime soon.

Is it possible you could do this for Java edition?

It could be, currently I'm not planning on converting Vanilla RTX Normals to Java edition.

There's a similar resource pack on Java edition called "Vanilla Normals Renewed" that also uses 16x normal maps on top of vanilla textures.

Hope that helps.

I really like that you made a Vanilla RTX pack. Can't wait to use it when I get a better PC. Keep up the good work!
