Does anyone know where to find this pack now? Both the texturepack itself and the water fix no longer exist, and I've searched countless hours trying to find a different dl. Any pointers would be very much appreciated.

Uploaded.net is a terrible place to host your files. It wanted me to wait 22 minutes to download, that's insane. I'm moving onto a different texture pack. It's too bad, looked good.
