Just test it :) Usually it should still work, as I don't recall any changes which would make the carved pumpkin that I use to display the bunny ears not work.. I just haven't changed the resource pack version number, which is why it will show up "Red" in your MC client. Load the resource pack anyway, as topmost pack, and equip a carved pumpkin.

If you test it, please let me know if it still works, then I'll change the title of this post :)

I will at some point update this pack so it doesn't show up "Red" anymore, and maybe I'll add a few new colours :)

Watch the video that is in the post for the bunny ears, towards the end I show a couple of other model examples, one of them being white cat or wolf ears. Most of the models are very high-res, thus too heavy to publish it for regular public (it would lag out some people), but I want to reduce the optical quality a bit and release models similar to those you can see in the video!

As for wolf ears: Not that easy to differentiate from cat ears (if so, please tell me how, lol :)), but I definitely want to release canine or feline ears, black and white for starters.

As for tails/anything below the back of a player: That's currently impossible for things like tails, I link you a screenshot of my reply to a comment who also wished for tails :) But if it'll be possible one day without problems, I will certainly also offer tails for Vanilla! You basically need Optifine and a SkyPack - a module which contains solely those custom sky textures - or a full resource pack which also contains those files. Solely the sun and moon can be displayed in HD inside Minecraft, for features such as e.g. those clouds you'll need Optifine.
