Oh boy, TONS of things have been changed in large or small ways, and things have been added since this pack hasn't been updated since MC 1.8, so I'm not going to even try to list everything.
Here are some major things tho:
Boat items now are models!
Minecart items are now models!
Other random items are now models!
All crops have been revamped
Axes now look better
Wheat colors are no longer terrible
You'll never want to eat rotten flesh ever again

TODO:
Cow-spots horse markings
Mules/Donkies
Horse Armor
Polar Bears
All Illager Stuff
All Llama stuff
Rabbits
Make new wither armor texture
Redo buckets (probably with models)
LOAD MORE LOGS
