Incorrect date display on new submissions

Super simple, new submissions have "Published on today" and it makes no sense, please remove that annoying "on"

set status to Closed, set resolution to Finished.
Changed "Published on" to "Published"

Due to server side caching, it may take up to 24 hours for some of the older posts to reflect this change. All new posts will have the change.
