Add Block Texture Editor

If PMC adds a block texture editor, a lot of people will have access to a block texture editor that does not need downloading and can be used anywhere and texture packs will be more numerous. And it will make it so you don't have to find and upload a 16x16 skin.So to all the texture pack lovers like me, please support me in this.

You can already do this with https://www.planetminecraft.com/pmcskin3d/ if you upload a 16x16 texture and edit it in 2d mode instead of 3d mode then you can use that to make blocks/items. It's what I use to make textures for my mod.

oh and also that does not work for certain blocks like compoters, scaffolding, any block that is not a full block basicly
