Word Filter Feature

We should be able to hide wall posts, forums, and submissions with certain words or phrases in the title, body, or tags. This lets us hide triggers or other topics that bother us. It should be a textbox in the account settings that allows us to add as many words or phrases we want filtered. (Remake of Ticket #14287 to include things other than wall posts.)

aside from the aforementioned points about individual users' triggers, which would be worth implementing on its own, this would also be helpful for finding more relevant content. for example, i'm playing a lot of 1.7.10 modded lately, and it would be very nice if i could filter out MCheli and heropack add-ons from the 1.7.10 mod search.

Words that are triggering can vary from individual to individual and what is offensive/triggering to someone, may not be for someone else. This sometimes makes moderation challenging since there are certain words/phrases that the community might be okay with but one individual may find it particularly triggering.

With a word filter, this can help to mitigate this issue, since users can decide for themselves what is triggering to them or not.

Not sure how hard it would be for the admins to develop a word filter, but with the way PMC is evolving, I think it's a good idea to consider implementing as it can help to reduce unwanted drama or disputes.
